Thurlaston Church
Welcome to the All Saints Thurlaston with Normanton Turville church website.
The church is situated in the small rural village of Thurlaston in west
Leicestershire. It is in a benefice with it's sister church in Enderby,
located three miles away.
It is a fellowship of Christians together worshipping God and giving
thanks for the good news of Jesus’s life, death and resurrection, that
brings new and eternal life to all who believe in him.
A service is held at the church every Sunday at 11.15am.
1st Sunday 1662 BCP Communion or Morning Prayer
Other Sundays - Common Worship - Communion or Morning prayer
All the services have hymns or songs with a bible based sermon following
either a theme or a particular book of the bible. Children are very welcome at our services.
The church also has a notable history going back to 900AD with impressive tombs belonging to the Turville and Bruxner Families.
The benefice of Enderby and Thurlaston are currently in an
interregnum and have now appointed a priest in charge. We will give more information shortly.
